The project units in the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr; BAAINBw) are responsible for achieving and maintaining the operational readiness of their products. A wide variety of tasks have to be performed to do this, including, for example:

• Development of concepts
• Creating and maintaining data bases
• Planning of maintenance measures and the necessary spare parts
• Coordination between the using units and the industry

We can support you in dealing with these and other issues because our staff have many years of experience and expert knowledge in the processes of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), especially the BAAINBw. These former servicemen and women are experts in military logistics issues and can provide you with targeted advice and support in all phases of the customer product management (CPM) process.
