Translation Tracker

The CONDOK Translation Tracker is our project management tool for translation projects. It is used to register all necessary data and is therefore not only helpful for project management, but also for quality assurance.

The big advantage: You can log on to our Website and view the current status of the single languages in a multilingual project. You can not only view the current project phase (e.g. the French document is being translated, the Russian one proofread), but also the project comment list, which is created by us during the translation project.

We customize the Translation Tracker to meet your needs, it contains e.g.:

• The most important project data such as name, issue, contact person, order date
• Language-specific data such as part number, delivery date, project phases, priority
• A comment list with entries concerning changes in the source text, agreed language-specific requirements, etc.

CONDOK uses this tool as well to ensure that all Translation Memories are up-to-date, every approval document has been signed and that the internal processing state is registered to make sure all members of the project team receive the same information.
