S2000M

S2000M is an international specification for material logistics, which determines the creation of spare parts lists and catalogs for international use.

It is the military equivalent to the "Specification 2000" and to parts of the "Specification 100" of ATA, which apply to the aircrafts of aviation companies. S2000M can be used for the support of any ordnance and therefore refers to all branches.

Given the possibility of the output of IPD data modules, the S2000M together with the S1000D^TM have become an important component for the creation of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM).
