Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)

The Federal Armed Forces have been using LSA for integrated logistics support (ILS) since the 90s.

The basis for LSA is the RAMS analysis:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Maintainability
• Safety

These four aspects of the analysis show that information of different departments is required and that standards and defined interfaces are very important.
