IETM Preview / S1000D^TM Preview with GRIPS

When creating modular information (as is the case with S1000D^TM), information is devided into small units to ensure the reusability of the data.

This granularity however has a disadvantage as well: It becomes more and more difficult for the technical writer to keep in mind the documentation as a whole. Data must often be exported from the editor system or imported into a target system before the documentation can be evaluated in its entirety. Using GRIPS, the technical writer has the possibility to view all information within the document structure immediately and to check the IETM functions (such as links, hotspots etc.).
