GRIPS Export

The data in the GRIPS system present an information pool, from which the necessary data can be selected for a publication. The information can be chosen with regard to the target audience without constant copy procedures.

By means of the export various requirements can be fulfilled with a single database:

• Different media (printout, CD-ROM, WWW etc.)
• Documentation for different target audiences
• Different S1000D^TM versions
• Different project-specific guidelines, Guidance Documents, Business Rules etc.
