CE Marking

CONDOK helps companies with the complex conformity evaluation process based on the EC directives and harmonized standards as well as with carrying out risk analysis. The CE Marking visually proves the accordance of machinery or plants with the European legal requirements to the surveillance authorities and member states. CONDOK also provides services regarding the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC as well as the harmonized standards ISO 12100-1, ISO 12100-2 and ISO 14121-1.

The conformity evaluation process includes:

• Determining the machine type acc. to the Machinery Directive
• Identifying the necessary EU directives
• Clarifying the application of standards
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Compiling technical documentation and operation manuals
• Initiating prototype testing if required
• Issuing the declaration of conformity or manufacturer's declaration

This process takes place during the entire development phase until market launch.

A special software application is used to document the conformity assessment procedure. The resulting documentation can be used to prove a duly conformity assessment procedure to the surveillance authorities.
